MRH Labs (“MRH Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and publishes mobile applications designed for everyday life.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use applications published by MRH Labs, including:

This Privacy Policy applies to these applications and related services operated by MRH Labs. Individual applications may collect and process different information depending on their features, as described below.

By using an MRH Labs application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on which MRH Labs application you use and which features you choose to use.

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide and improve our applications.

Information may include information you provide directly, information created through your use of an application, and limited technical information necessary to operate the service.

Account Information

If an application offers user accounts, we may collect information such as:

  • Email address

  • Display name or username

  • User identifier

  • Authentication information

  • Profile information voluntarily provided by the user

Authentication credentials may be processed through third-party authentication providers rather than being directly accessible to MRH Labs.

User-Generated Content

Some MRH Labs applications allow users to create or store content.

Depending on the application, this may include recipes, recipe cards, photographs, captions, task information, schedules, reminder information, preferences, or other content voluntarily entered by the user.

App Activity and Preferences

Our applications may store information necessary to provide their functionality, such as application settings, completed activities, schedules, progress, streaks, saved content, and other preferences.

2. Pill Party

Pill Party is a reminder application designed to help users remember their personal pill-taking routines.

Users may voluntarily enter information including:

  • Pill or supplement names

  • Reminder times

  • Scheduling information

  • Completion status

  • Reminder preferences

  • App settings

This information is used to provide reminders and related app functionality.

Important Health Information Notice

Pill Party is a reminder and organizational tool. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication recommendations, dosage recommendations, or emergency medical services.

Users are responsible for determining what pills, medications, vitamins, or supplements they take and when they take them based on instructions from their qualified healthcare providers and/or applicable product instructions.

MRH Labs does not use information entered into Pill Party to diagnose medical conditions or make healthcare decisions.

3. Reciply

Reciply is a recipe creation and social sharing application.

Depending on the features used, Reciply may collect or store:

  • Account information

  • Username or display name

  • Profile information

  • Recipes

  • Ingredients

  • Cooking instructions

  • Recipe photographs or other uploaded images

  • Customized recipe-card designs

  • Likes, saves, follows, or similar interactions

  • Posts and other content voluntarily shared through the service

Information that users intentionally publish through Reciply's social features may be visible to other Reciply users.

Users should avoid including private or sensitive personal information in publicly shared recipes, profiles, photographs, descriptions, or other content.

User-Generated Content

Users retain responsibility for content they upload or publish through Reciply.

Content intentionally designated as public may be displayed to other users as part of Reciply's social and discovery features.

Deleting content or an account may remove that content from active MRH Labs systems, subject to reasonable technical processing periods, backups, security requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

4. Productivity Score

Productivity Score is a gamified task-management, scheduling, and productivity application.

Depending on the features used, Productivity Score may process or store:

  • Tasks

  • To-do lists

  • Task descriptions

  • Scheduled times

  • Task durations

  • Completion status

  • Productivity scores

  • Streaks

  • Progress history

  • User preferences

  • Reminder and notification settings

This information is used to provide scheduling, task-management, accountability, progress-tracking, and gamification features.

Productivity scores and related metrics are intended solely as organizational and motivational tools. They are not professional, medical, psychological, employment, or performance assessments.

5. Notifications

MRH Labs applications may request permission to send notifications.

Notifications may include scheduled reminders, task reminders, pill reminders, or other app-related information.

Users control notification permissions through their device settings and may disable notifications at any time.

Disabling notifications may prevent certain reminder features from functioning as intended.

6. Photos and Device Permissions

Certain applications may request access to device features such as the photo library, camera, or notifications when necessary to provide a feature requested by the user.

For example, Reciply may request photo access when a user chooses to upload a photograph to a recipe.

MRH Labs applications should request access only when necessary for the relevant feature.

Users may manage or revoke permissions through their device settings.

7. How We Use Information

Information collected through MRH Labs applications may be used to:

  • Provide application functionality

  • Create and maintain user accounts

  • Save user-created content

  • Synchronize information between devices where supported

  • Provide reminders and notifications

  • Calculate progress, streaks, or productivity metrics

  • Enable social and sharing features

  • Maintain application security

  • Diagnose technical problems

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse

  • Respond to support requests

  • Improve application reliability and functionality

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use information entered into our applications to make medical or healthcare decisions about users.

8. Selling Personal Information

MRH Labs does not sell users' personal information.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or other companies for monetary compensation.

If our practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy disclosures will be updated before such practices are implemented where required.

9. Advertising and Tracking

MRH Labs does not use personal information to track users across applications and websites owned by other companies unless such functionality is explicitly introduced and the appropriate permissions and disclosures are provided.

If an MRH Labs application introduces advertising or tracking technologies in the future, the applicable privacy disclosures and this Privacy Policy will be updated as required.

Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, permission will be requested before engaging in tracking that requires authorization.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

MRH Labs may use third-party service providers to operate application functionality, including services for:

  • Cloud hosting and databases

  • Authentication

  • File or image storage

  • Application infrastructure

  • Crash diagnostics

  • Email or support communications

These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.

MRH Labs requires service providers handling user information on its behalf to handle that information consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.

Specific third-party services used by an application may change as our applications evolve.

11. Data Storage and Security

MRH Labs uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and account credentials.

12. Data Retention

MRH Labs retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the applicable application or service

  • Maintain a user's account

  • Provide requested functionality

  • Meet legitimate security and operational requirements

  • Resolve disputes

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Comply with applicable laws

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted or anonymized.

Information may remain temporarily in encrypted or protected backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through normal retention processes.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their personal information and, where applicable, their account.

Applications that allow users to create accounts will provide a method for initiating account deletion in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

Deleting an account will result in deletion of the account and associated personal information maintained by MRH Labs unless retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.

For social applications such as Reciply, account deletion will also initiate deletion of user-generated content associated with the account, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.

Users may also contact MRH Labs regarding privacy or deletion requests using the contact information provided below.

Apple currently requires apps supporting account creation to let users initiate deletion from within the app; deletion must cover the account and associated data rather than merely deactivating it. Apple specifically states that this includes shared user-generated content. 

14. Sign in with Apple

If an MRH Labs application uses Sign in with Apple, authentication information will be handled in accordance with Apple's requirements.

When a user deletes an account created using Sign in with Apple, applicable Sign in with Apple tokens will be revoked as required.

15. Children's Privacy

MRH Labs applications are not directed toward children under 13 unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular application.

MRH Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information improperly may contact MRH Labs.

16. International Users

MRH Labs applications may be available in multiple countries and regions.

Privacy and data-protection rights may vary depending on a user's jurisdiction. MRH Labs will process valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable laws.

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of their personal information.

17. Legal Requirements

MRH Labs may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of MRH Labs, our users, or others

  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse of our services

  • Enforce applicable agreements

We will seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

18. Business Transfers

If MRH Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information associated with our services may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor handling personal information covered by this Privacy Policy will be expected to process that information consistent with applicable privacy requirements.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

MRH Labs may update this Privacy Policy as our applications, services, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be revised.

Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.

Users are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
